Ellie Bea McBrearty will be leading 6 sessions; Children aged 7-11.

Ellie Bea McBrearty will be leading 6 sessions for children aged 7yrs-11yrs.

Tuesday 1st August every Tuesday till the 29th August 10:00 am till 12:00 pm

Ellie has a BA(Hons) in Painting and Drawing from Swansea Metropolitan University. Ellie has been working as a young artist and has recently taken the job role as Gallery Assistant at the Rooftop Arts Centre.

Each Session runs 10 am till 12 pm - cost £5 per child.

During these 5 sessions there will be a wide range of fun creative activities. Our aim is to encouraged children to have fun whilst expressing themselves artistically.

Every Wednesday's and Thursday's

Fine Art - Painting and Drawing from Observation with Fanoulla Georgiou. Workshops for all levels and abilities.

Intermediate Class - Wednesday's 12:30pm - 2:00pm. Runs for 27 weeks following the school term.
Beginners Class - Thursday's 12.15pm- 1.45pm. Runs for 27 weeks following the school term.

£12:50 pay-as-you-go. £10 concessions. Entire course £175.

Tuesday 1st August every Tuesday till the 29th August 1:00 pm till 3:00 pm.

Ellie has a BA(Hons) in Painting and Drawing from Swansea Metropolitan University. Ellie has been working as a young artist and has recently taken the job role as Gallery Assistant here at the Rooftop Arts Centre.

Each Session runs 1 pm until 3 pm - cost £5 per child.

During these 5 sessions the students will begin with simple shapes and progress to more complex organic forms. Students will be building skill levels in composition through the use of line, contour, negative space, light and shadow, texture, volume, proportion, and perspective. Through both execution and discussion of the work, the student will have the opportunity to gain the ability to use drawing to express their intent of ideas and visions.

The focus will be on developing the following skills:

Application of line, shadow, texture, color, and shading creation of drawings based on observation, invention, and from other sources.
